RUNI screw compactors contribute in refining your waste material. Destruction, dewatering PET bottles and compacting plastic containers are done effectively in one process making recycling profitable. RUNI plastic bottle compactor dewaters and compact numerous materials either as a bi-product in an industrial production, faulty production, wrong or expired date or of other reasons where destruction is required. Also within the cosmetic industry and at producers of detergents the solution is well-know and the applications expands all the time. RUNI plastic bottle compactor squeezes out any liquid and compact PET bottles, soap bottles, cosmetic containers, large drums and many other containers in one process leaving the material drier and compacted. And the result is a much cleaner pet bottle waste and a significantly reduced volume. The PET bottle waste can now be transported to recycling companies at much lower cost. Here the compacted waste is first crushed into smaller pieces in a water bottle shredder. Then the material is washed to remove any labels and other contaminants. Finally it is all melted into small flakes/granules and is now ready to be turned into new bottles or other plastic products.
