100 % Destruction of Cosmetics

The screw compactor can squeeze 95% of the cosmetics out of the packaging in a continuous process. The empty packaging is destroyed, so there is no possibility of using it as packaging again. This ensures that no cosmetics or packaging re-enters the black market. Some cosmetic packaging is very solid and may take great strength to ensure 100% destruction - but the RUNI screw compactor can do the job.

An additional benefit is lower waste handling and disposal costs. The packaging is compacted, reducing both volume and transport expenses. Incineration and landfill costs are also significantly decreased.

While the cosmetic content represents the largest share of the total weight, it can be processed into biogas — providing an environmental benefit.

You can feed cosmetics to the screw compactor manually, by conveyor belt or via a tilt container. The SK370 has a capacity of approximately 1,000 kg/hour.
