The Screw Compactor Solution for Dewatering and Compacting Alu Cans

RUNI screw compactor separates content while compacting, and the completely compacted cans can go for recycling. The machine ensures complete destruction, which guarantees that waste/faulty products go to deposit as they can't be resold. The liquid separated from the content can be easily collected in a tank without making the surroundings dirty. The collected liquid can be used for animal feed and biogas or emptied directly into a drain.

RUNI has developed a special aggregate agitator to avoid bridging in the machine's hopper. We have also created a solution for removing foam from beer cans, preventing overflow. RUNI’s machines are equipped with sensors for automatic start and stop, and you can feed them manually, with a conveyor belt, or with a tilt container.
